We currently offer free returns within the UAE, so you can shop confidently knowing that you can easily return your items if needed.


How to Return

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal at https://rahzane.com/. Simply fill in your order details, and our customer service team will review your request. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email.

Please ensure that your item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including any jewelry boxes, pouches, or tags. We kindly ask that all returns be sent back in the condition they were received.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 working days. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons. These include:

  • Personalised products (such as engraved or custom-made pieces)

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

We appreciate your understanding that these items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.


Faulty or Damaged Items

Our team will review your case promptly and guide you through the next steps. Depending on the situation, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If you are returning part of a multi-item order, refunds will apply only to the returned item(s).
